Well! It’s been a while. 🤔 I’ve been taking a break from snapping my food, and I’ve enjoyed a few months of being able to sit down and eat as soon as it’s ready. But today I’m under a lot of pressure with deadlines, so of course I had to not only cook something non-essential, but also take photos. This may look like a boring plate of roast chicken and veg to you, but to me it was the ultimate in homey, tasty food, where every mouthful serenaded my taste buds and made them dance in delight! So so good. The veg (except for the sugar snap peas) and chook were cooked in the air fryer — of course! And the gravy was made with pan juices. 😋
